Refund windows, eligibility, license-state effects, instructions, and applicable statutory rights will be stated clearly before a customer pays.
Pricing positions do not move backward
A completed, paid, and verified purchase permanently consumes its purchase position. A later refund, reversal, or chargeback does not reduce the sequence or move later customers into an earlier price tier. Failed, abandoned, cancelled, test, fraudulent, and unpaid transactions do not consume a position.
License status
A license may be revoked only after an authoritative refund, chargeback, reversal, or confirmed fraud event is validated. Temporary network or provider failures do not revoke access.
Your local data stays yours
A processed refund changes the server-side license state. It does not silently delete monitoring history stored on a Mac.
